Jocelyn Rolon (J Rollyn)

Jocelyn Rolon, known creatively as J Rollyn, is a Philadelphia based artist and hairstylist working across murals, character illustration, and creative design, alongside braiding, locs, and natural hair care. She runs both sides of her practice as one business, moving between a mural wall and a client’s chair with the same creative instinct.

Art and hair have been her passions for as long as she can remember. She studied entrepreneurship and set out to build a career around both crafts rather than choose between them, creating something entirely her own.

At Kreate Hub Philadelphia, Jocelyn painted her first mural, an opportunity that pushed her outside her comfort zone and opened mural work as a new part of her artistic career. She is now developing a series of canvases for an upcoming collection, continuing to grow her work as both an artist and a hairstylist.

As a creative running two crafts under one name, Jocelyn represents the kind of multidisciplinary entrepreneurship that Kreate Hub Philadelphia was built to support. Her favorite part of the community is the freedom to create, both within her own studio and throughout the building, connecting and collaborating with other creatives along the way.

Thomas Kelly

Thomas Kelly is the owner and creative director of Creative Soulz Printing, a Nashville-based custom printing and branding company he founded in 2019.

A Nashville native with more than a decade of experience in the printing industry, Thomas helps businesses, nonprofits, and event professionals bring their ideas to life through custom signage, event graphics, promotional products, and tailored print solutions.

For Thomas, the work goes beyond printing. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, community involvement, and using his experience to help other business owners strengthen their brands, grow their businesses, and make a lasting impression.

Gary Campusano

Gary Campusano is a Bronx-based artist, illustrator, comic book creator, and co-founder of C1 Comics, an independent publisher creating original characters and stories through graphic novels. With a career in comics spanning back to the mid-1990s, Gary has spent decades developing his craft and building worlds of his own.

The Bronx is deeply woven into his work. Mala Noche follows a vampire stalking the streets of the borough, while Bronx Age: Triple Threat brings an urban superhero story to life through the culture, character, and energy of the Bronx. Both titles are part of the expanding C1 Comics Universe.

Gary’s work spans traditional illustration, digital art, graphic design, comic book production, and street-art murals. His creative style draws inspiration from the neighborhoods, people, and visual culture surrounding him.

At Kreate Hub Bronx, Gary uses his private studio as the creative home base for his illustration, graphic novels, and mural projects. It is where sketches become characters, characters become stories, and new additions to the C1 Comics Universe begin to take shape.

As an independent creator building original intellectual property from the Bronx, Gary represents the intersection of creativity and entrepreneurship that defines the Kreate Hub community.

Kia Williams

Kia is a New York State Licensed Esthetician providing result-driven facials through her practice, Naked Skin by Kia.Her mission is to enhance her clients’ natural beauty and address all your skin care needs. In addition to facials, she provides an array of additional services including body waxing, teeth whitening, and medical grade skin care products for purchase.

Jessica Bobbitt Doaks

Jessica Bobbitt Doaks is the owner/curator of The Black Candle Company. With a career in nursing of over 14 years, Jessica decided a career change was necessary. The idea of expressing her creativity while being the sole dictator of her time was the ultimate goal of freedom. She began her entrepreneurship journey in 2016 with the birth of Jessica Doaks Interior Design, LLC. She found love and passion through expressive creativity by way of interior design. That same love and passion has now manifested itself in her drive and enthusiasm for her luxury home fragrance brand.

Jessica started her business in July 2021 after a tumultuous year filled with temporary physical disabilities, struggles with fertility, and mental health struggles. After purchasing a candle kit several years prior, she decided to pull the candle making kit out to experiment. Little did she know, it would turn into something very much therapeutic.
