These include strictly necessary cookies, analytics cookies, and advertising cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.

We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by applicable law.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

We will not send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately and expressly opted in to receive them by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box provided at the time you give us your mobile number, for example, at membership signup. Providing your phone number alone, or contacting us, does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Where you have opted in, we may send you text messages regarding your membership, account, transactions, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or membership.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive a single confirmation message; reply HELP for assistance.

We may also add your email address to our general marketing and promotional email list. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every promotional email includes an unsubscribe mechanism; you may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or by emailing us at info@kreatehub.com.

We may continue to send transactional and account-related messages regardless of your marketing preferences.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain your membership, and to comply with our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security and Breach Notification

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by applicable state and federal breach-notification laws.
